01  Basic Inquiry

• Call or email a team member with all information regarding transport

• Team member will dispatch your order. You will be provided with pick up and drop off dates.

02  When Driver Arrives To Pickup Location

• The driver will inspect the vehicle for any abnormalities and provide pictures

• *IF* there are any abnormalities the driver will record them onto the bill of laden; which you will sign and receive a copy of.

• Vehicle will be carefully loaded and secured onto trailer

• During transport you will be given a progress report upon request.

03  When The Driver Arrives At Drop-off Location

• The driver will carefully unload vehicle

• Customer and driver will do an inspection to guarantee the vehicle is identical to the first inspection

• Customer will sign off on the Bill of Laden, receive final copy, and keys to vehicle!
